To anyone who cares about health:

Since 2013 we have experienced SARS, Ebola, MERS and now COVID-19, it is a wake up call for us that epidemic can strike anytime and medication or vaccine is not the answer. The best we can do is to have a strong immune system.

As a chiropractor for 42 years, I have seen thousands of cases with painful and debilitating conditions. I have come to realize how important it is to have a healthy body and mind so that one can still have an enjoyable life even during old age. For many years I have been searching hard for some form of exercise that can help people to achieve that, but in vain, until 2006 when I started to learn and practise Taichi and Meditation from Master Huang at Wudang Academy, within a year I knew that I had found a way to achieve optimal health both physically and mentally. For the last 14 years, I have felt that my physical and mental conditions kept improving despite of my age.

Three years ago, Master Huang asked me to take over the responsibility of managing Wudang Academy and promoting Wudang Taichi and Meditation so that more people can benefit from this wonderful approach to longevity. In order to do this well, I need to gather a strong team to help me. That is why we welcome local or overseas friends who are interested in spreading this wonderful way of achieving health and longevity, to come and join forces with us. Please get in touch with us so that we can help more people to be healthier, happier and less dependent on hospitals and medications even as they grow older.

【武當八段錦】

教授內容︰

武當八段錦,是一種養生導引功法,分為八段,以八個動作配合呼吸及意念,內外相合,是武當內家拳的入門基本功。2008年5月13日,金庸先生讚說:「武當八段錦正宗」。其八段功法為:“雙手托天理三焦”、“左右彎弓似射鵰”、“調理脾胃須單舉”、“五勞七傷往後瞧”、“搖頭擺尾去心火”、“兩手攀足固腎腰”、“攢拳怒目增氣力”、“背後七顛百病消”。

功效:

透過練習八段錦,活動全身關節、肌肉,提升筋骨的靈活性,強化脊椎及下盤,減肥塑身,調節都市人的精神緊張。

學制︰

兩個月,每堂一小時,每月四堂

費用︰

800港元/8堂,65歲或以上600港元/8堂

對象︰

適合任何人士參與

【武當太極拳18式基礎班】

教授內容︰

此課程為教授武當太極拳之基本功,包括基本步法、吐納、沉肩墜肘、立身中正等。

功效:

提升下盤肌力、平衡力、集中力、免疫力,改善睡眠質素,減緩腦退化等。

學制︰

三至六個月,每堂一小時,每月四堂

費用︰

3,000港元/三個月

對象︰

適合任何人士參與

【正宗武當太極拳108式】

教授內容︰

本課程是【武當太極拳18式基礎班】的進階課程,學員以學習武當太極拳為主。本課程教授炁功,包括通過由淺入深傳授動功與靜功,修煉內丹、太極拳,打通人體任督二脈,性命雙修,達到補充元炁,保健身體,使人回春。

功效:

炁不等同於氣,炁是先天的,不是人為的,氣是後天的。通過打坐提升我們身體的內炁,透過修煉太極拳將內炁運行全身,打通全身經絡,從而達至強身健體、青春永駐、延年益壽之效果。

學制︰

十二至十八個月,每堂靜功半小時、動功一小時,每月四堂

費用︰

3,300港元/三個月,12000港元/年

對象︰

[要煉還丹先修心]:適合追求內外兼修,長遠養生目標之人士參與

【武當打坐班】

教授內容︰

內丹靜功以人體精、炁、神為修煉對象,以意守上、中、下丹田、通任督二脈,追求人體的和諧有序為入門工夫。

功效:

人作為煉丹爐,打坐時不斷提升身體中的內炁,亦稱為內丹,達成強身健體、卻病延年、提高生命能量、甚至健康長壽之目的。

學制︰

每堂一小時,每月四堂

費用︰

300港元/月

對象︰

適合任何人士參加
