[Wudang Taichi Internal Elixir Introduction Class]

Course description:

Interactive teaching including Wudang Taichi, Meditation, Baduanjin [八段錦] and light refreshment in our serene environment

Duration:

Three hours, on a Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm

Tuition fee:

HK$ 380 / person, 65 years old or above HK$ 280 / person

[Wudang Baduanjin Class] [武當八段錦]

Course description:

Wudang Baduanjin is a kind of Internal Martial Arts [Qi Gong 氣功], composed of eight sessions of unique movements with special breathing.

On 13 May 2008, the world renowned Ku Fu novelist Mr. Jin Yong praised: "Wudang Baduanjin is authentic!” 

Efficacy:

Through the practice of Baduanjin, the flexibility of joints, muscle strength, neck and back condition, overweight problem and mental stress will be improved or alleviated.

Duration:

Two months, one hour per lesson, four lessons per month

Tuition fee:

HK$ 800/8 lessons, age 65 or above HK$ 600/8 lessons

[Wudang Taichi 18 Movements Foundation Class]

Course description:

This course teaches the basic skills of Wudang Taichi including footworks, abdominal breathing, relaxation of shoulders and elbows while practising the movements

Efficacy:

Improve lower body muscle strength, balancing, concentration, immunity, sleep quality and slow down brain degeneration etc.

Duration:

Three to six months, one hour per lesson, four lessons per month

Tuition fee:

HK$ 3,000 / three months

[Authentic Wudang Taichi Classic 108 Movements]

Course description:

This course is an advancement course of Wudang Tai Chi 18 Movements Foundation Class.  This course teaches the Wudang Classic 108 Movements and Wudang Meditation, a combination of physical movements and mind exercise, to enter into the realm of tranquility.

Efficacy:

Through Wudang Meditation, the Qi (vital energy in sustaining life) will mount up and be concentrated in our lower Dan Tian [lower elixir field 下丹田].   When practising Wudang Tai Chi, the Qi circulates through the whole body and unblock the meridians to achieve optimum health and longevity.

Duration:

Twelve to eighteen months, each lesson includes half an hour of Meditation and one hour Taichi movements, four lessons per month

Tuition fee:

HK$ 3,300 / three months, HK$ 12,000 / year

Suitable to people who pursue soul and body enlightenment as well as long term health goals

[Wudang Meditation Class]

Course description:

Introduce different meditation postures, breathing techniques to achieve Qi building and unblocking meridians

Efficacy:

When practising Wudang Meditation regularly, the Qi in our body will strengthen to a high level and circulate through the body.  As a result, optimum health and longevity will be achieved.  Benefits including radiant complexion, improvement in immunity and sleep quality, and also slow down brain degeneration

Duration:

One hour per lesson, four lessons per month

Tuition fee:

HK$ 300 / month
